May

Daycare is always a huge part of our lives

Mr L. got to come visit us for a few days

I said goodbye to my family for a week while I went to Idaho for a visit.

Valorie had to finish her art class.
Homeschooling has been interesting the past few months.

Jon got his first BIG cavity - yikes!

Since Covid 19 we have been doing a lot of just hanging out...

And we've even got Snow in May!

And then we had a paint party.
When we moved in the previous owners had painted one wall a deep purple...
and we finally decided it was time for it to go!

Happy Mothers Day?

Mothers Day week was filled with anxiety over my mom.
She has been ill for months and collapsed at home.
She was taken to the hospital and over the week she was diagnosed
with pneumonia and kidney blockage and they thought she had Covid 19.

I wasn't able to see her until tests confirmed that she didn't have the virus.
Her symptoms got worse and she was transferred to another hospital.
I wasn't able to see her after that.  So I returned home.
She had her lungs and kidneys drained
and is waiting for another surgery to unblock her kidneys.
Living so far from home it always feels like this will be the last trip.
The last time I see my mom
I've been trying to prepare myself emotionally for this event.

There's so much left unsaid and undone.

Visited the graves and stopped to see Grandpa

Last year I gave my sister my Dodge Durango...
I have a fascination with the Durango  this is #4
